WHO ARE OUR VOLUNTEERS?
Tucapau Baptist Church volunteers are the backbone of the church who work together to serve our church body and others in the community to advance the Kingdom for Jesus. Volunteering in the local church is vitally important to your personal relationship with God and others.

CHILDREN
Our Children’s Ministry volunteers are people with a passion to see children experience Jesus on their level. Volunteers serve kids, birth through fifth grade, in safe, age–appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way.
This ministry is for volunteers who have a heart to see High School and Middle School students grow and fall in love with Jesus daily.
First Impressions teams believe that first impressions make a huge impact. These teams are made up of individuals who love creating welcoming environments for every guest at Tucapau Baptist Church.
WORSHIP
We have a dedicated team that strives to bring quality to the platform each week, believing Colossians 3:23 which says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” We are always looking for experienced musicians and vocalist to fill every position of our professional worship team. If you are a talented musician with a heart for worship, consider joining our team.
AUDIO/VIDEO
From projection and sound, to dynamic lighting, to graphic design and web development, to trouble-shooting computer issues, the Audio/Video teams use their skills in media production and technology to keep Tucapau Baptist Church on the cutting edge.
PRAYER/CARE
These teams serve people in need of love and support by offering prayer and encouragement.
